I thought I would put this little site together to share the ups and downs, highs and lows of my search for the perfect looking piece of tattoos art to adorn my body. Let’s face tattoo ink is for ever so I wanted to get it right.
Ever since I could remember I wanted to have a tattoo – all the back to highschool even, I just thought they looked so cool and ever so hot…
But back in high school I was amazingly shy, I certainly wasn’t what could be considered one of the cool gang or anything even remotely like that. None of the guys even gave me a second glance. I was just so plain and uninteresting – but there was so much going on on the inside that I just couldn’t find a proper outlet to express.
Once people got to know me they found out just how fun I was and how easy to get along with and was fairly pretty. But I wanted to stand out from the crowd and not blend into the scenery any more. I had tried tried fitting in and hated it, I wanted something that was an extension of my personality. Yep, I wanted to be me and still be accepted with the “in-crowd.” I didn’t want to be Ms. America or anything else quite so mainstream and bland….
So, I decided I wanted to get a hot looking tattoo, not something cheap and tacky looking, but a real cute girl tattoo. I wanted to be inked. I failed in all my early attempts over many months searching for cute girl tattoos and cool tattoo designs to find anything decent.

I remember going to tacky tattoo parlors and trying to find something. Boy did those those tattoo pictures suck, a cute tattoo design from looking at an outdated tattoo gallery – Yeah right! Never going to happen!
I didn’t want to spend my time and waste my money on tattoo magazines in a desperate attempt to find something that was cool. I tried those tattoo forums and exhibitions too. Yeah I know, BAD idea,they were full of losers and try hards. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying these alternate methods: Don’t. They’re awful, just wasted a lot of my time. Thank goodness I never settled on anything I wasn’t happy with just because I was getting frustrated. I have a lot of girlfriends who have ‘tramp stamps’ or some other tatt that they have grown to hate.
I tried tattooists that my friends said were good artists as well. There were times when I thought I was getting somewhere. But I could never quite find the right design, I found beautiful designs but I wanted something special, I wanted something that was truly a tattoo for me as it was to be forever. That’s what can make it so hard, finding the design that is truly beautiful and just right for me.
But all the searching for decent tattoo designs for women was too much for me. So, I gave my cute girl tattoos search up for quite a while, convinced that it was just a dream, and a dream that was destined to elude me at that. Until one day after going to the gym I saw this girl with the most amazing tattoo. SO I just bowled over and flat out asked her where she had got it (I’m sure she thought I was hitting on her or something lol)
Long story short and a 1 hour conversation later she told about this cute girl tattoos place on the internet. It’s where she had found exactly what she was looking for – and it even enable her to personalize it so it was unique and exactly what she wanted.
It’s called tattoo me now, so I figured I might as well check it out and man am I glad I did. After a short time there my head was swimming with possibilities and designs I really liked. So much so that I have several of them now!
One week later and I was the proud owner of my first lower back tattoo.
